How Under-16 Waves Work (What Happens on the Other Side)
Your wave lands on both the Teen's Dashboard and their Parent/Guardian's Safeguarding Queue immediately so the teen never misses out if a parent is busy.
For Under-16s, the invitation has a 🔒 Parental Lock on the teen's screen. They can view your role and click "Nudge Parent 🔔" to prompt guardian sign-off.
Once the parent approves in their portal, the lock lifts and the candidate can accept and connect with your team. Status updates live below.
